| Requirements and Responsibilities For ATM Service Technician |
| Responsible for reconciliation of ATMs, replenishment of ATM supplies, handling of funds, and accurate completion of company paperwork. Responds to service calls in accordance to established priority guidelines as well as bank and department security procedures. Responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to support agents and supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
