| Requirements and Responsibilities For Academic Support Coordinator |
| Assesses students' academic needs and proficiency, assists them in setting goals, and connects them to appropriate resources. Researches, plans, coordinates, and leads workshops, meetings, and outreach events to address student needs. Works with faculty advisors and staff to provide and support innovative programs that help students succeed. May coordinate tutoring for students. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
