| Requirements and Responsibilities For Commercial Loan Processor III |
| Processes commercial loan applications to provide financing for businesses, support timely origination, and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before funding. Reviews loan files to confirm revenue, cash-flow, credit history, assets, and collateral details in accordance with lending policies and regulatory standards. Communicates with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain missing documentation and clarify application details. Prepares loan packages for underwriting review and ensures all required documents are properly organized and submitted. Maintains accurate records in loan processing systems and monitors application status to ensure timely progression through the approval process. Tracks and monitors due dates and responds to borrower inquiries. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
