| Requirements and Responsibilities For Order Fulfillment Supervisor |
| Supervises an order fulfillment team. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Trains and cross-trains team members. Monitors daily activities to ensure that accuracy, customer service, and quality standards are maintained. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Monitors inventories to maintain appropriate levels of products. Troubleshoots and resolves workflow or systems issues. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
