| Requirements and Responsibilities For PC Maintenance Technician I |
| Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
