| Requirements and Responsibilities For Pipeline Engineering Senior Manager |
| Oversees and manages the team of engineers responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of pipelines. Reviews and monitors the determined the route, size, and materials. Oversees the investigation and resolution of technical issues related to pipeline performance and safety. Ensures that all pipeline projects adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
