| Requirements and Responsibilities For Production Operations Coordinator II |
| Provides support for managing production operations to ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved. Monitors and analyzes shift production metrics to identify issues, troubleshoot, develop and implement solutions and process improvements. Coordinates materials and resources for daily operations and maintenance, turnaround, and downtime projects. Performs audits and inspections to ensure that SOP's GMP's and OSHA regulations are understood and followed. Liaises with product, engineering, and other functional teams. May coordinate or manage production, staffing, and training schedules. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience. |
