| Requirements and Responsibilities For SVP of Competitive Pricing |
| Leads the development and design of research methodologies, pricing strategies, and tactics for product lines and market segments that optimize sales, revenue, and market penetration. Oversees research and analysis to develop insights about customers, competition, geographies, market segments, capacity, and business environment. Collaborates with teams across functions to develop targets, promotions, new products, and go-to-market pricing. Drives the creation of models, tools, and databases used to test pricing and maintain responsiveness to changes in the competitive environment. Requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes/implements overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Typically requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
