| Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of Cash Management |
| Minimizes financial, reputational and regulatory risk to the firm and maximizes the utilization of organization funds. Responsible for determining cash requirements and maintaining cash flows, including banking accounts, long-and short-term debt and investment management. Typically manages the organization's bank accounts, including the oversight of staff responsible for account reconciliation, transfer of funds, or purchase or sale of foreign currencies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
