| Requirements and Responsibilities For Digital Transformation Manager |
| Manages the identification, evaluation, and adoption of digital technologies that innovate and improve business processes, products, and customer engagement. Implements policies and procedures to ensure digital activities comply with regulatory requirements and align with the organization's standards and objectives. Executes an organization's established digital transformation strategy in alignment with business objectives. Collaborates with IT, operations, marketing, and finance to understand needs and successfully implement and scale digital solutions. Conducts maturity assessments, gap analyses, and technology benchmarking to understand business needs and improve the organization's competitiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
