| Requirements and Responsibilities For HR Service Center Supervisor |
| Supervises a team of service center representatives that respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit programs, pay, and human resources policies. Responds to escalated issues and facilitates adequate resolutions. Monitors volume and quality of service to meet service level standards and goals. Trains and coaches team members on policy changes and employee self-service tools. Coordinates staffing schedules. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
