| Requirements and Responsibilities For Technical Communicator |
| Manages dealer and manufacturer technical problems in an expedient and cost effective manner for the customer. Provides employees with technical information beyond their ability to readily locate. Serves as a liaison between the manufacturer and employee on technical problems encountered by the dealership. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
