Requirements and Responsibilities For Contact Center Representative III - Outbound |
Initiates calls to current and potential customers to sell and upsell products and services. Uses standard scripts and procedures to promote products and services. Processes orders and documents customer requests, interactions, outcomes, and feedback in the system. May make follow up calls to confirm details of orders or provide additional information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
